Prices stated are per apartment and per day with a minimum stay of three days. Free stay for children up to two years in the off-season. From the 01.01.2014, local taxes will be added to all the prices indicated. The local tax is 1,35 Euro per day and person (aged above 14).

We also charge 10 Euro per day for pets. We kindly ask you to bring you own blankets and/or baskets.
Use of the washing machine: small additional charge

You can directly pay on-site. We accept both cash and credit cards.

The apartment will be available at the latest from 14 o´clock of the day of your arrival, until 9:30 of the day of departure. We invoice up to three days for late arrival or early departure. The washing machine and the dryer can be used for a small additional fee. The breakfast, as well as the breakfast basket will be charged. Pets are allowed; however, we charge 10,00 Euro per day. We kindly ask you to bring your own blankets and/or dog baskets.

Cancelation:

There is no right of withdrawal according to consumer protection law- nevertheless the following cancellation terms are valid:

No later than 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit is retained. In case of no-show or in case of early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you can not start your holiday. We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
